Not only would these bowls be made out of biodegradable materials, therefore being more environmentally and eco-friendly, but if this were to be developed further, the bows could also be made from food waste or compost, or more indulgently, other substances that could add to the flavour and aroma of the dish, as part of the presentation itself.
